Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Qweeack Delivery, doing business as A2B Transporter ("A2B", "we", "us"). They apply to the A2B mobile app, our websites and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date. You're responsible for activity on your account, so keep your password private.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, put others at risk, or are used for fraud.

2. Booking a trip

• The fare shown before you book is an estimate based on the route, distance, time and vehicle type.
• Stops and destination changes: you can add, remove or change stops and change your destination before you arrive. The fare is recalculated for the new route. For card payments you'll be asked to pay any increase, with the card you booked with or another card. Any decrease is refunded to your card.
• Booking for someone else: you're responsible for the trip and its payment, and you confirm the passenger agreed to share their name and phone number with us and the driver.
• Drivers may decline or end a trip if they feel unsafe, if a passenger breaks these Terms, or if the trip can't be completed safely or legally.

3. Payment

• Card: payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying by card you authorize us to charge the fare and any approved fare changes.
• Cash: you pay the driver the final fare in cash at the end of the trip.
• Taxes, tolls or fees may apply where required.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel before your driver arrives. We may introduce cancellation fees in the future. If we do, they'll be shown in the app before you cancel.

5. Conduct

Riders and drivers must treat each other with respect. You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, discriminate against or harm anyone;
• damage a vehicle, or bring anything illegal or dangerous into it;
• use chat or calls for anything other than coordinating your trip;
• misuse the Services, interfere with how they work, or try to access other people's data.

6. Safety features

• Trip sharing: anyone with your trip link can follow your trip until it ends. Only share it with people you trust.
• Chat: messages may be translated automatically and may be reviewed by A2B staff when investigating a report. Messages are deleted after 90 days.
• In-trip recordings (where available): trips may be video recorded (no audio) for safety. You'll be told in the app when recording is active. Recordings are viewable only by authorized A2B staff.

7. Drivers

Drivers must hold a valid license, insurance and registration, pass our document review, and follow all traffic and transportation laws. Driver earnings, commissions, cash-trip balances and payouts are shown in the driver app and are governed by the driver terms provided at sign-up.

8. Lost items

Contact us as soon as possible through Support. We'll try to put you in touch with your driver, but we can't guarantee that items will be found or returned.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, A2B isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here with an updated date and tell you about significant changes. If you keep using the Services after that, you accept the updated Terms. You can stop using the Services and ask us to delete your account at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, except where the laws of the place you use the Services (including the Commonwealth of the Bahamas) require otherwise.
